The North Jersey Brittany Club holds AKC field trials each spring and fall. In addition, in 2007 the club started the Delaware Valley Champagne Memorial Shooting Dog Championship, which is held annually at the Greenwood Forrest WMA located in Ocean County, New Jersey.
The club hosts two conformation specialties each year as part of all-breed dog shows that take place in central New Jersey.
The club typically holds two days of hunting tests for pointing breeds in March of each year at the grounds of the English Setter Club of America located in Medford, New Jersey.
The club holds a “training day” each summer for AKC pointing breed dog owners that want to know more about field training their dog for hunting, hunt tests or field trials.
